Your Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead the sales team in promoting and selling high-end kitchen solutions. Engage with clients, including Developers, Architects & Designers, Contractors, and Local Councils, to discern their specific requirements. Provide tailored solutions and oversee the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.

Collaborate with a diverse clientele, including developers, architects, designers, contractors, and local councils. Cultivate robust relationships, comprehend the unique needs of clients, and deliver solutions that elevate the aesthetics and functionality of their kitchen spaces.

What’s Desired:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a minimum of 3 years in B2B sales within the kitchen solutions sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen products, materials, and prevailing design trends.
  • Proven ability to manage sales teams and a history of successful collaboration with developers, architects, designers, contractors, and local councils.
  • A well-established network of industry contacts and a commanding presence in the kitchen solutions sector would be highly advantageous.
