- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging industry, including but not limited to prospective clients, partnerships, and market segments.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment of business objectives and effective execution of initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our products, capabilities, and value proposition.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders
Minimum requirements:
- At least 3 years of New Business Development experience, preferably within the packaging industry
- Valid drivers license
