As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in propelling sales and broadening the client base within the designated geographic region. Your primary emphasis will be on nurturing customer relationships, comprehending their needs, and delivering solutions aligned with the company’s product range and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs to propose suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction field sales.
  • Familiarity with products like reinforced steel or related materials in the construction industry is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in understanding and analyzing sales performance metrics.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
